• Concert Tickets

Student Showcase is a student-run concert featuring works choreographed by students including selected music videos produced and choreographed by the students in "small groups".

Senior Recital encompasses all of the DPHS Visual and Performing Arts strands. Seniors from each strand perform their last work(s) as a high school student in front of their peers, administrators, teachers and family. Tickets must be purchased at the door.

Join the Cast in the Opening Number

Your dance studio is invited to have your students, ages 12-18, perform on stage in the opening number of Lehrer Works: An Evening with Jon Lehrer at the Dr. Phillips High School Performing Arts Center.

Secure your spot today! Only 20 Dancers will be selected.

Requirements:

• Dance Studio must commit to selecting two intermediate/advanced students. More dancers can be put on a waiting list.
• Dancers must be between the ages of 12-18
• Required to attend the Lehrer Community Choreography Master Class
• Selected Dancers must be available on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Call Time: 4:30p; Block: 5:00pm; Performance: 6:30pm
• Costume Details: black bikers, solid-colored leo or top (not black or white)

Celebration of Dance is a fund-raising event for the Dr. Phillips High School Dance Magnet. The participating schools/studios will be given 8 minutes to show their best in an artistic, proscenium stage setting. Learn more

Dr. Phillips High School Dance Magnet Program, Yow Dance, projectAlchemy and Valencia College's Valencia Dance Theatre are pleased to present a joint performance all on one stage in this first year of 4 in Motion.

The Florida Dance Performance Assessment (FDPA) was created to align the dance arts with the other arts organizations in the state of Florida. The evaluation process presents dance educators with a summative form of assessment that is aligned with the Next Generation Sunshine State Standards. Learn more
